The DIRT loan committee reviews applications and decisions are made within days of submission. Original funding for the Revolving Loan program came from the Home Loan Bank of Topeka and the Miners and Merchants Bank which was eventually purchased by Community Banks of Colorado. This fund has now fully revolved more than 3 times and continues to help local businesses.
